Gerade Zähne, surge de un descubrimiento, encuentro o casualidad…
Este descubrimiento tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Girona, durante la beca de cerámica en la escuela de arte de La Mercè.
Un día, de camino a comprar materiales para mis obras en la calle de la Sèquia, no podía creer lo que estaba viendo. Delante de mí había una mesa con moldes dentales, numerados y con los nombres de sus propietarios, una bolsa llena. En la bolsa estaba escrito: «para llevar».
Me invadió un doble sentimiento de asco y conmoción. Todos aquellos moldes abandonados permanecieran allí solemnemente ante la mirada atónita de los transeúntes que, con miradas de asco y repudio, se alejaban a toda prisa de la mesa.

En un acto de justicia, me las llevé.

Gerade Zähne, arises from a discovery, encounter or coincidence…
This discovery took place in the city of Girona, during the ceramics scholarship at the art school of La Mercè.
One day, on my way to buy materials for my works in Carrer de la Sèquia, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. In front of me there was a table with dental moulds, numbered and with the names of their owners, a bag full of them. On the bag was written: «to take away».
I was overcome with a double feeling of disgust and shock. All those abandoned moulds stood there solemnly before the astonished gaze of passers-by who, with looks of disgust and repudiation, hurried away from the table.

In an act of justice, I took them away.
